showing how the design can be adapted. A useful gallery at the end gives
further inspiration. Recommended.

history and description of this magnificent Portuguese palace and its
occupants. This Palace is famed for its tiled ‘Corridor of Sleeves’ and
the fantastic tiled canal in the gardens, but these have been only given fairly
scant coverage in the otherwise excellent text.
